Open Access Policy

All research articles published in the Global Review of Legal and Managerial Studies (GRLMS) adhere to a fully open-access model, ensuring immediate and unrestricted access for readers to explore, download, and share the content. These articles are released under the terms of a Creative Commons license, allowing for the use, distribution, and reproduction of the work in any medium, provided proper citation is given.

The author(s) and copyright holder(s) extend a free, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right of access to all users. A license is granted to copy, use, distribute, transmit, and publicly display the work, as well as to create and distribute derivative works in any digital medium, for any responsible purpose. This is subject to the requirement of giving appropriate attribution to the original authorship. Additionally, users have the right to produce a limited number of printed copies for personal use.

Publication Policy

The manuscript submitted to the Global Review of Legal and Managerial Studies (GRLMS) should adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Absence of Unfounded Allegations: The content must refrain from including any unfounded or unproven allegations against any individual or entity.

  2. Non-Defamatory Content: The content should not contain any defamatory statements or content that could harm the reputation of any person or organization.

  3. Avoidance of Accusations Based on Newspaper Reports: Authors are advised not to make accusations solely based on newspaper reports. Claims should be well-substantiated and supported by credible sources.

  4. Zero Plagiarism: The manuscript will be subjected to a plagiarism check, and any form of plagiarism will result in disqualification.

  5. Author’s Liability for Copyright Infringement: The author(s) shall be solely liable for any liabilities arising from copyright or other infringements of rights belonging to any person.

  6. Exclusive Rights to GRLMS: The content submitted should be exclusive to GRLMS. The journal retains the authority to republish the work elsewhere without prior consent from the author(s).

  7. Avoidance of Religious/Political Biases: The content must steer clear of any religious or political biases to maintain a neutral and objective perspective.

  8. Opinions Presented as Opinions: Any opinions expressed in the manuscript should be clearly stated as such and not presented as irrefutable facts.

  9. Academic Approach Over Polemical Tone: Submissions are expected to adopt an academic approach rather than a polemical tone. The content should be scholarly and objective in nature.

  10. Prohibition of Hate Language: The use of hate language, including but not limited to racist, sexist, anti-Semitic, and homophobic speech, will not be tolerated. This encompasses the avoidance of stereotypes, racial tropes, and the denial of historical events.

Authors are strongly encouraged to adhere to these guidelines to ensure the integrity and quality of the content submitted to GRLMS.

Ethics Statement

It is imperative for all authors contributing to research for the Global Review of Legal and Managerial Studies (GRLMS) to align with ethical expectations. GRLMS has established worldwide standards to ensure a commitment to high ethical values, and we anticipate compliance from all parties involved.

Authors submitting their work to GRLMS are expected to voluntarily adhere to the following international standards:

  1. Authors must affirm that the submitted manuscripts are original and their own work.

  2. Prohibited actions include plagiarism, duplicate publications, data fabrication and falsification, as well as redundant publication.

  3. Authors are required to certify that the manuscript is unpublished elsewhere and is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.

  4. Proper citation or quotation of works and/or words used from other sources is mandatory, with clear identification of all references utilized in the preparation of the manuscripts.

  5. In the event that an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in their published work, it is the author’s duty to promptly contact the Journal editor or publisher and collaborate in the retraction or correction of the paper.
